Unitex® XTRACT melamine floor pads are designed to eliminate stubborn soiling—especially black heel marks—on shallow grout and other tough-to-clean floors that don’t respond to standard floor pad cleaning. These pads reduce overall cleaning costs while delivering an outstanding level of clean!

No Harsh Chemicals Needed!

These specialty pads are made using the original BASF open-cell melamine foam, laminated to nonwoven material made of 100% recycled polyester fibers. But the secret to how Unitex® XTRACT pads remove caked-on grime lies in how the pad moves.

The movement of the pad causes intense friction that scrubs away even the most deeply embedded dirt without removing finish or micro-abrading the floor. The key is to completely saturate the pad and keep it wet during use (a spray bottle just isn’t enough!). This prevents drag and ensures only the dirt is removed.

There’s no need for harsh chemical cleaners. Plain water and a low-pH or appropriate green cleaner are all you need to achieve clean, great-looking floors!

Long-Lasting, Reliable Performance

Each pad will clean up to 5,000 square feet, giving you lots of value for the dollar. Longevity is reduced when used on uneven surfaces or when solely focused on grout lines.
