Product Description

The Smoke Spec Spectacle Kit (eyeglasses, eyewear) is designed for full-face respirator masks that have a single face piece lens. The spectacle nylon frame securely attaches to the inner surface of the respirator's face piece lens using a rubber suction cup.

The suction cup attachment allows the Smoke Spec insert to be quickly mounted in or removed from the respirator mask. The suction cup also allows for adjusting the (vertex) distance between the optical lenses and the user's eyes. The Smoke Spec insert complies with OSHA Industrial Standard 29 CFR 1910.134.

The Smoke Spec insert does not:

  • Interfere with the face piece seal
  • Cause visual distortion
  • Damage or alter the face piece lens.

The #276 Smoke Spec insert mounts aviator-shaped lenses which can accommodate any optical lens power: single vision, bifocal vision, or readers (magnifiers). If your eye prescription changes, simply replace the lenses. The Smoke Spec insert is easily transferable between respirator masks.

The Smoke Spec spectacle kit does not include optical lenses.
