The Blastrac 1-15DSGI is ideal for improving traction and skid-resistance as well as preparing concrete surfaces for paint and coatings. With a 15” blast pattern, this unit can prepare up to 2,690 sq ft per hour, consuming abrasive at about 1.6 lbs per 100 square feet or 42 lbs per hour.

Blastrac’s 1-8DM is a highly portable, lightweight shot blasting system. Perfect for smaller jobs such as residential garage floors, pool decks, and small industrial floors, the 1-8DM runs on single phase common power.

The Blastrac 2-20DTMKII features a heavy-duty blast wheel drive system powered by twin 15 HP motors. With a 20” blast pattern, this unit can prepare up to 4,850 square feet per hour, consuming abrasive at about 1.6 lbs per 108 square feet or 78 lbs per hour.

This powerhouse is designed for big jobs that require high productivity. With a 30” blast pattern, it can prepare up to 9,000 square feet per hour. A high-speed travel switch helps ensure uniform surface preparation by allowing for quick repositioning after each pass, without resetting the travel speed.
