The Scan Combiflex 800 Propane model is 100% powered by propane and requires no external electrical power. This heavy-duty grinder is designed for high productivity in large areas, both indoors and outside, where power options are limited.

Its heavy weight combined with high horsepower enables this floor grinder to deliver high productivity rates. So it’s perfect for big commercial jobs on tight schedules.

When it comes to using the machine, the controls couldn’t be simpler. This unit features an ignition key and lever to engage the clutch to start the machine, and the red button to stop it.

The unit also features an emergency stop button as an extra precaution. The emergency stop button will remain depressed until the operator turns it slightly clockwise to pop it out.

Simple twist knobs control the direction and speed of the spinning heads. You can easily switch the direction of the grinding heads to ensure longer life and even wearing of your diamond tooling. This maximizes their use and saves money in the long run. 

Like all Scan Combiflex floor grinders, the Scan Combiflex 800 Propane features an ergonomic design that focuses the torque of the machine down at the floor where it belongs, not against the operator. Unlike other grinders that make you feel like you’re fighting a bucking bronco, the Scan Combiflex 800 Propane has very little side torque and vibration. You can push the machine along almost as easily as you would a shopping cart.

Plus, the 3-head planetary system holds up to 18 tools. Unlike other systems that require a screwdriver, Allen wrench, and hours of struggle to attach tooling, the Scan Combiflex 800P lets you easily tap on and tap off your tools.

The model also features a built-in 6-gallon water tank, making it easy to perform wet-grinding on jobs where power and access to a hose line may be limited.
