The Hygromaster 2 is the latest in handheld hygrometry technology. This all-in-one instrument provides a complete range of floor moisture testing capabilities. It combines an intuitive interface with multiple Psychometric calculations and a non-contact surface IR temperature probe.

The Protimeter HygroMaster 2 Flooring Kit takes multiple measurements, providing users with robust data points for accurate reporting and diagnosis.

Measurements Include:

• In-situ relative humidity and temperature (Required for ASTM F2170 standard)
• Relative humidity (%Rh) and temperature (°C/°F) in the ambient conditions (Required for ASTM F2170 standard)
• Surface temperature with non-contact laser pointer (Required for ASTM F2170 standard)
• Psychrometric calculations (dew point, GPP, enthalpy, vapor pressure)
• Data logging

Designed for Moisture Testing in Concrete Slabs
Moisture levels in floor slabs are critical to understand, as excessive moisture can lead to catastrophic and expensive floor failures. Global standards are in place, such as ASTM F2170.

The Protimeter HygroMaster 2 Flooring Kit allows flooring inspectors to take moisture measurements in concrete floor slabs using the relative humidity in-situ probe method. The in-situ humidity test is being adopted worldwide and is considered the most accurate way for contractors and inspectors to ensure that moisture levels in concrete slabs meet the recommended requirements prior to installing a floor covering. 

Easy-to-Use Interface
The Protimeter HygroMaster 2 features the same user-friendly control pad/interface as the MMS2. This unit is designed for one-handed operation with a convenient thumb pad that allows you to scroll through intuitive menus to find the modes/readings you need.
