PROSOCO Consolideck® Saltguard

Consolideck Saltguard creates an effective chloride ion screen that protects horizontal and vertical concrete and masonry surfaces from both moisture intrusion and chemical attack from chloride salts. It also reduces rebar corrosion and surface spalling.

Facilities prone to heavy salt damage from road salts tracked in on shoes, or coastal areas with salt air, will benefit from the enhanced protection provided by Consolideck Saltguard on their floors and walls. Saltguard also prevents deep-seated staining by mud splashes and other waterborne contaminants.

This solvent-based formula is easy to apply and works best on concrete block and clay and concrete brick surfaces. Use it on sidewalks, tile and brick pavers, retaining walls, and bridge pilings.

This non-film forming, deep-penetrating treatment will not interfere with the floor's slip resistance. Surfaces treated with Saltguard "breathe," as this product does not trap moisture within the concrete.

Low odor and alkaline stable, Saltguard performs on new concrete where other treatments fail.
