Product Description

When building containment areas with poly film or ZipWall products, a reliable preservation tape (or "hull tape") is a must-have. This 3-inch-thick preservation tape bonds well to most surfaces over a wide range of temperatures, and provides a tough, waterproof barrier.

This tape pulls easily off the roll, making it both comfortable and simple to use. The permanently tacky adhesive on the back side holds strongly to the surface, creating a water-tight seal in all weather conditions.

Preservation tape can also be used in conjunction with Dri-Eaz Rescue Mats and Injectidry Vac-IT Panels to create a tighter seal against the surface being dried.

Note: Preservation tape is designed to adhere strongly to most any surface, so caution should be used during application. It is possible that the top layer of paint, varnish, or finish can come off the surface when the tape is removed. Always be sure to test a clean, inconspicuous area first before applying tape to the entire surface so as to avoid causing damage. Preservation tape is NOT recommended for use longer than 60 days. An adhesive residue will result.
