On those big jobs when you've got a lot of product to mix, the MEGA HIPPO will quickly become your favorite piece of equipment. The MEGA HIPPO is designed to boost productivity, reduce physical effort, and dramatically reduce labor costs. It mixes large volumes of product quickly and thoroughly, and makes it easy to dispense in smaller containers. The MEGA HIPPO allows for consecutive batch mixing without downtime!

The MEGA HIPPO mixing station easily accommodates up to 23 gallons (350 lbs or 6-bag batches) of cement screeds, grout, mortar, textured coatings, sealants, adhesives, and other self-leveling compounds.

The MEGA HIPPO features an "Easy-Roll Trolley" combined with a balanced "Easy-Tilt Cradle," which lets you pour and spread material at the same time. Multi-stage pours to achieve a thicker screed are often not necessary.

The specially shaped mixing bowl eliminates pockets of unmixed product, ensuring you get a thorough, consistently mixed product. The 8 1/2" diameter paddles feature a helix ribbon and side bars that shear product quickly, producing excellent consistency. With a 15-amp, 2-geared high-torque motor, the MEGA HIPPO has plenty of power to mix heavy, thick loads.

The mixing bowl is designed for easy cleaning at the end of a job. Plus, resilient, pliable liners are easily cleaned or alternated to prevent cross contamination. 

The MEGA HIPPO features wheel covers to ensure that the casters remain free of screed splatter. You'll also find a dust extraction port for a convenient vacuum connection.

Unit comes with mixing motor, bucket, removable line and two paddles - the TW225 for half batches (2-3 bags) and TW225D for full batches (5-6 bags).
