If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Your Password” option on the sign-in screen or visit https://www.jondon.com/customer/account/forgotpassword/ to enter your email address. 

If you know your password, but would like to change it, you can login to your account and click the “Change Password” box under the Account Information menu to be prompted with the password update fields.
