The Oreck XL Commercial Upright is designed to handle the toughest commercial challenges with all the power and reliable performance that you've come to expect from the Oreck brand. 

The Oreck XL features a streamlined, direct suction design that delivers the dirt in a straight, efficient path to the vacuum bag. This unique design allows the Oreck to use a smaller, more lightweight motor, yet still get outstanding dirt collection results. 

Weighing in at just 9 lbs, the Oreck weighs around the same as a bowling ball. Yet this powerhouse features a 12" cleaning path and high-speed, deep-cleaning roller brush that spins at 5,000–6,000 RPM (depending on the surface). On jobs big or small, you get more efficient and thorough vacuuming results. 

Oreck's "dirty air system" pulls dirt through a fan that breaks it up into smaller particles that are then sucked into the vacuum. The smaller motor drives this fan, as well as the brush roll. Because the smaller motor sits closer to the floor, it provides efficient suction and is able to spin the brush roll incredibly fast. 

With its low-profile, furniture-friendly design, the Oreck XL gets close to cabinets and baseboards, plus it lays almost flat to the ground, so it can easily fit under chairs, desks, and other furniture. It features a non-marring bumper guard and soft wheels to prevent damaging furniture or leaving unsightly scuffs on walls.

Thanks to exclusive Microsweep technology, you can switch from carpet to bare floors without having to stop to make any adjustments. This hand time-saving feature means you won't have to waste time stopping and starting the machine when moving from one flooring surface to the next. The Oreck XL delivers outstanding results on carpet, wood, laminate, or tile.

Speaking of time-saving features, the Oreck XL features a 630 cubic inch top-fill bag. Not only is the dry capacity the equivalent of 2.7 gallons, but the top-fill design keeps the power at maximum even while bag fills. Productivity is maximized since you won't find yourself having to make frequent stops to put in a new bag.
