Product Description

It's a totally new approach to barrier coatings!

Prevent Mold and Mildew Growth with this Breathable, Mold- and Mildew-Resistant Coating*

DriWrap is a new class of mold- and mildew-resistant coating that works by restraining nutrients that promote mold and mildew growth from reaching the surface of the materials it's applied to. It essentially cuts off the food source for mold and mildew while still creating a breathable barrier that allows water to evaporate out of wood.

DriWrap contains an EPA-registered preservative to inhibit the growth of mold and mildew on the dry surface coating. Its unique formula penetrates beneath the surface of wood, so even if it is sanded, the benefits of the product remain. It also contains web-like polymers that help prevent the wood from swelling.

DriWrap's formula includes a fluorescent tracer to help ensure full coverage. However, the product will not change the appearance of treated surfaces.

This low-VOC product also has low odors, so it helps to reduce occupant complaints post treatment.

Use DriWrap to treat porous interior surfaces, such as OSB, plywood, other engineered wood products, brick, and wallboard during remediation. Do not over apply to load-bearing I-joists with OSB webbing.

This product can also be used to add protection against future water damage and staining from mold and mildew, helping avoid future mold and mildew mitigation work and improve customer satisfaction.

This economical product is a great choice for a last-step product on every mold mitigation and water damage restoration job.
