The Crain Loop Pile cutter is constructed from stainless steel. The base is designed for cutting over pad or other carpet, and it features an adjustable throat that locks down on the row. Its 30-degree blade angle exposes more blade surface for smoother cuts. It now also features three thumb screws and self-cleaning blade holders.
