It's made of translucent, smoked plastic, so you can see inside. This way, you'll know exactly when a refill is needed, without having to open the dispenser. The hand towel dispenser measures 13.3" x 13.5" x 9.8" and, when installed properly, these paper towel dispensers meet the ADA Standards for Accessible Design, (local rules may vary).
