Once your order ships, tracking information can be found by:

1. Logging into your account on jondon.com.

2. Click “Purchase History” and select “View Order.”

You can view the tracking number for your order under “Shipping Method” and click the link (if available) or copy the number and contact the carrier or your Jon-Don representative for more information.
