This half-batch mixing paddle fits the Portamix MEGA HIPPO Mixing Station. The specially designed helix ribbon and side bars lift and shear the product quickly and efficiently, producing excellent mix consistency.
This mixing paddle is ideal for use when mixing colors and additives. The large 8-inch diameter of the paddle provides an increased peripheral speed that eliminates the need for high RPM mixing. It also helps to prevent flash curing. The 8-inch long helix makes this mixing paddle ideal for batches up to 2–3 bags in size.
