The Viper Split PCD is designed for soft concrete, utilizing a soft bond matrix. The split PCD segments are embedded with PCD “fragmented” pieces, allowing the segments to expose a constant sharp edge for coating removal with minimal scratching.
The Viper Split PCD is recommended for use over traditional PCD tools when removing thin, soft coatings.
