This is a regulating unloader valve for 1200PSI portable extractors. Commonly found on, but not limited to, the Ninja Warrior 1200 by Century400 and the Prospector 1200 by Priority Manufacturing.
Usage
An unloader works in much the same way a pressure regulator works, the major difference is when there is no call for water at the tool an unloader will bypass unused water and recirculate it. This prevents back pressure from sitting at the pump head which results in longer pump life, for this reason unloaders are more common in higher pressure applications.
