The Scan Combiflex 800DSP is a new type of concrete floor grinder unlike anything the industry has seen before. The Scan Combiflex 800DSP features a built-in touch display that shows diamond tool wear, tool lifetime, machine speed, and power consumption. It provides recommendations for the kind of tool that should be used on the machine as well as the speed to reach optimal wear. The 800DSP has pre-programmed hardness settings that correspond to the Mohs scale hardness readings from the floor. It then calculates the speed necessary to reach as optimal a performance as possible. It also features a gauge that gives you an estimate as to how much time is left before the tool needs to be replaced.

A series of sensors throughout the machine continuously transmits data, providing operators the critical information they need to do the job right. Instead of completing a job only to discover that it could have been done better, the 800DSP provides clear recommendations and warnings so you can make the right decisions at the right time.

With a 32-inch grinding path and a weight topping 882 lbs, the 800DSP is ideal for large commercial applications. Like all Scan Combiflex floor grinders, the 800DSP is engineered to direct the torque of the machine at the floor—not at the operator’s hip.
