LAVINA 32‑S‑HV (High Voltage) Planetary Grinder, Triple Phase, 380‑480V

The 32-S is the heaviest and most powerful LAVINA floor grinder on the market today.

The 32-S has six 9-inch grinding heads that deliver a huge 32” working area. For large scale jobs, such as retail stores, warehouses, or commercial facilities, the 32-S is the ideal machine.

The forced belt-driven planetary movement lets you continue polishing under just about any circumstance— even if a drum belt breaks. Just remove the belt and keep right on working! An upgraded belt tensioner, belt inspection cover, and a belt replacing tool are standard issue on this machine.

The new and exclusive U-joint technology of the 32-S provides an additional axis that makes the base seem to float over the floor in any direction.

New floating heads now hold QuickChange tools, allowing tools to be mounted directly to the heads, with no additional plates necessary! (Velcro heads will still be required for attaching Velcro-backed tooling.) 

A new security plate locks also add an extra measure of safety, preventing QC tools and heads from falling or flying. This safety feature can be found on all S models.

Unlike the light misting that other machines produce, the 32-S provides ample water for wet grinding and polishing. The operator can even choose between internal spraying and spraying in front of the machine.

The 32-S also features a new water system that will not clog and doesn't need cleaning halfway through the polishing process. The nozzle-free, anti-clogging system helps you keep working longer and reduces downtime.

In addition, the redesigned water system features a water filter and indicator light to remind operators when the pump is in the “on” position (to avoid damaging the pump).

The detachable power cable for this unit connects to the top of the machine near the handle, making it easy for operators to remove the plug and cable when work is complete. This feature provides added security on job sites.

The 32-S features tons of new and improved elements that operators will appreciate such as newly reinforced pulleys and cast, larger bearings, a larger, upgraded spiders for improved security, upgraded double seals for added protection, and a stronger steel base plate.
