Designed Just for Crawlspaces!

Crawlspaces and other confined areas present a challenge to water damage restorers. Their small size and cramped conditions make it difficult to treat trapped humidity and moisture using traditional drying equipment.

The PHD 200 Dehumidifier from Dri-Eaz is designed specifically to fit into tight spaces and deliver outstanding drying performance.

Powerful Performance

This powerful unit removes 75 pints per day at AHAM (80°F/60% Rh), which is impressive not only for a crawlspace dehumidifier, but also for one this compact. In fact, the PHD 200 removes twice the moisture of comparably sized dehumidifiers, and treats areas up to 7,000 cubic feet.

Compact Design

The PHD 200 has an incredibly small footprint (17.6"H x 22"L x 12.5"W). This space-saver easily fits where most standard-size or large dehumidifiers can't, such as bathrooms, stairwells, small closets, and anywhere else space is tight.

Auto Restart After Power Failure

This unit features an auto-restart function, which comes in handy in areas subject to frequent power losses. The auto restart ensures the PHD 200 automatically resumes operation once power is restored. This prevents you or your crew from having to re-check or re-start the unit manually after every power outage.

Low Temperature Operation

Temperatures in crawlspaces tend to be quite low, which can interfere with the performance of other dehumidifiers. The PHD 200, on the other hand, can operate in temperatures as low as 45°F and as high as 100°F. It also features an automatic defrost system to keep the unit in top working condition, even in the chilliest spaces.

Internal Condensate Pump

The PHD 200 features an internal condensate pump. Every 6 minutes (or when the reservoir is full), collected moisture is automatically pumped out through a 20-foot drain hose. You can also purge the unit at any time with the simple push of a button.

Digital Control Panel

An easy-to-read digital control panel on the unit displays both the inlet and outlet temperature and relative humidity of the space. The control panel also displays job and life hours, making it easy for contractors to know how long their equipment has been in the field or on a particular job.

Easy Maintenance

The PHD 200 can be quickly and easily disassembled for regular maintenance and cleaning. It also features an onboard self-diagnostic test system, which checks for potential issues during regular operation and ensures smooth operation.

Easy to Transport and Store

Featuring easy-carry handles built right into the unit, the PHD 200 can be conveniently carried around the job site and maneuvered into position. This unit is also stackable, which makes transporting multiple units on a hand truck a cinch.

PHD 200 is USA-built with legendary Dri-Eaz quality.
