Desert Brand CMFPS, Sandalwood, 1 GL

Desert Brand Concrete/Masonry Floor Paint and Sealer (CMFPS) is a superior performance, acrylic-latex floor coating formulated to enhance and protect concrete/masonry walking surfaces. Its durable, low-luster finish seals concrete/masonry porches, patios, decks, and walkways providing a deep penetrating, scuff-resistant finish.

Application:

• Clean surface - make sure surface is free of grease, oil, dirt, wax, or other foreign matter; if necessary, scrape or wire brush and sand previously applied coatings.
• Prepare surface - to control efflorescence on new or unpainted concrete, use Desert Brand Etch-Off or other acid solution. Rinse/neutralize thoroughly and allow a minimum of 24 hours to dry
• Apply a small amount of sealer to test for possible lifting
• Stir CMFPS thoroughly
• Product is RTU - for smooth surfaces, use 1/4” nylon or synthetic nap roller; for a rough surface, use 3/8”-1/2” nylon or synthetic nap roller
• Apply an even coating when surface temperature is between 55° and 85°F
• Two thin applications may be necessary depending upon surface porosity; allow 24 hours between coats
