Bioesque Mold Resistant Coating

Bioesque Mold Resistant Coating is a water-based protective coating that can be used to paint over existing mold, mildew, fungi and odor causing bacteria & cover the associated stains. The Mold-Resistant Coating contains a matrix of EPA registered fungicides to resist and prevent the growth of mold and mildew on dry-coated surfaces, while providing maximum durability and flexibility on all substrates. Mold-Resistant Coating is a primer and sealer that will act as a stain blocker. It is ideal for use on non-porous interior & exterior applications in residential, commercial and industrial settings.

Bioesque Mold Resistant Coating is supplied ready to use but can be thinned sparingly with water (up to 8oz of water per gallon) for proper application consistency if necessary. Apply Bioesque Mold Resistant Coating generously and uniformly by brush, roller, or airless spray. Apply one coat of this coating and ensure that the finished surface is properly sealed to prevent mold and mildew growth. Our commercial-grade high performance coating is better than most mold resistant paint. To ensure that the finished surface is properly sealed, two‐ coats may be required on some porous surfaces.
