Shipping Policy Product Description
This polishing tool is designed for use with propane equipment and auto scrubbers. It pushes resin to fill concrete pores and build a gloss barrier. It establishes a beautiful polished look on the floor after the honing step in the Betco Crete Rx System.
This tool lasts approximately 200,000 square feet when used with an auto scrubber or 10,000 square feet when used with the CP30 Concrete Polishing Machine. It attaches to the machine via Velcro or magnetic tool holders.
Usage
If using propane equipment, make one pass at roughly 15 to 20 feet/minute. Overlap each pass by roughly one quarter to ensure proper resin transfer.
If using an auto scrubber, allow for six to ten passes at the same rate.
If using a swing machine, 25–40 passes may be required to remove stains/etching.
The polishing process with this tool should leave a white film on the surface when the concrete is sufficiently polished.
