Incredible Production Rates

The BEAST is a dual-phase grinder (single 220V or 3-phase 240V) that features a 3-phase, 7.5 HP motor, which delivers outstanding power and torque. The grinding plate moves at 575–1,800 RPM for extreme productivity rates.

Edge Grinding Made Easy

This variable-speed, single-head concrete floor grinder features flex head technology and a single 12” plate that can move left- or right-of-center to get right up against edges for zero-tolerance edge work.

 The swiveling head design moves 20 degrees in either direction, allowing you to comfortably walk in a straight line while following the edge of the wall so it’s easy to achieve consistent results across the entire surface.

Adjustable Head for All Tooling Heights

The BEAST features a Grinding Head Leveling System that allows the machine to accommodate varying tooling heights. A built-in level on the grinding head makes it easy for the operator to ensure a balanced setup on the job.

Ergonomic Design

The BEAST features a 2-way adjustable handle for maximum operator comfort.

 The control panel is ergonomically fitted to ensure controls are within arm’s reach. The simple interface is easy to use, ensuring team members can be quickly trained.

Retrofit Options for Maximum Versatility

Operators can choose from several accessories that expand the machine’s capabilities, such as an additional weight for additional grinding head-pressure. The grinder head can be retrofitted in minutes with a 20” metal or resin bond diamond plate and a very low profile shroud, known as a Toe Kick Shroud, in order to grind under the cabinet toe kick or low racking.
