The SmartFloor Pad System from Ameripolish is designed to make it easy to maintain your polished concrete floor using standard janitorial equipment.

Works with Standard Auto Scrubbers and Floor Machines

Comprised of easy-to-use driver pads and inserts, the SmartFloor Pad System attaches to standard auto scrubbers or swing machines—there’s no need to invest in large floor grinders or polishing machines. The equipment you rely on to keep your facility clean can do double-duty and keep your concrete floors looking great day in and day out.

Easy-to-Use Pad Driver and Inserts

The SmartFloor Pad System consists of a backer pad and 3–4 inserts (depending on the size of the pad for your machine). Each insert is made from a patented diamond agglomerate technology that allows you to maintain a highly refined floor without ongoing stock removal.

DOI (Distinctness of Image) Inserts are ideal for daily maintenance to remove tracked-in dirt and grime. These inserts also remove microscopic etching, which can leave polished concrete floors looking dull and worn out. (Sold separately)

Stain Remediation Inserts are progressive with Step 1 being the most aggressive and Step 3 being the least aggressive. These inserts are designed for removing stains from liquid spills, such as food and beverages, grease and oil, and more.

Uses

The SmartFloor Pad System is engineered to work on concrete floors with no topical coating.

Floors protected by SR2 or other penetrating stain protection agents, as well as floors with no stain protection at all, are ideal candidates for this system.
