How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped U.P.S. or truck when the gross weight of your order makes the use of a common carrier more economical. U.P.S. Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or airfreight services are available to expedite rush orders. These special services will incur additional costs. When an order is shipped by truck, our traffic department negotiates with a number of trucking companies to ensure the most competitive freight rates available. Should you wish to have us use a specific trucking company, please let your account representative know at the time you place your order. That information can become a permanent part of your account file, if you choose. Please be aware that specifying your own freight carrier may result in higher shipping costs to you.

Generally, orders shipped to or picked up from Illinois, Georgia, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Oregon, Colorado, Texas, Florida, Washington, Ohio, California, North Carolina or Missouri will be taxed unless you have a valid exemption or resale certificate on file with us.

What are Safety Data Sheets and where are they located?
A Safety Data Sheet (also known as SDS) is a document required for specific products by U.S. Federal Law, 29 CFR 1910.1200. According to the law, manufacturers/distributors of chemical products must supply an SDS for each hazardous chemical they produce or distribute. This law also requires U.S. employers to have an SDS in the workplace for each chemical that they use. An SDS explains the hazards associated with the product, as well as what precautions to take in order to avoid those hazards.
The SDS for specific products are located on the product detail page. You can search for items by name, Jon-Don item number, or by selecting from the category menu. Once you have found the product, simply click on the SDS link and the sheet will be displayed in a separate window. SDS documents are in PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat reader.
