Product Description

MasterBlend Inplant Liquid is designed for use with in-plant rug washing, such as a Moore flatbed machine for cleaning loose rugs as well as wash tub or wash floor operations. Can be used with or without a carburetor to control chemical feed in Moore style equipment. Leaves tank and rug cleanly with no sediment or residues left behind. Rinses easily for less chance of cellulosic browning.

Usage

Dilution:

  • In-plant equipment with carburetor: Mix 6 gallons of Inplant Liquid in 200 gallons of water. Set the carburetor at 14:1. The pH of the product at the jet should be no more than 9.0, adjust the carburetor accordingly.
  • In-plant equipment without carburetor: For each 100 gallons of water, mix 1 gallon of Inplant Liquid. The pH of the product at the jet should be no more than 9.0, adjust the amount of product accordingly. Inplant Liquid can also be used at this dilution ratio in rotary scrubbers prior to cleaning with in-plant equipment.
