PROSOCO Consolideck® Grind‑N‑Fill Liquid (5 GL)

Pinholes, small air voids and pop-outs, micro-cracks, and other gaps in the concrete surface can not only interfere with grinding and polishing, but they can also make maintenance difficult or downright impossible. All those tiny nooks and crannies trap dirt and other contaminants, which can make cleaning a nightmare.

Consolideck Grind-N-Fill mixes with the dust created while grinding concrete floors to create a super-durable matrix that automatically fills these surface imperfections to create a monolithic surface that polishes faster, easier, and more effectively. With gaps filled, floors accept hardener/densifiers, protective treatments, color stains, and hardeners more evenly. Cleaning and maintenance is easier too.

The easy-to-apply treatment dries fast and is suitable for any floor undergoing grinding, from warehouse-industrial to highly polished aesthetic floors.

Grind-N-Fill can be easily applied with a pump-up sprayer, or poured on the floor and spread with a soft push broom. It is dilutable with clean water to meet a variety of job site and equipment conditions
